Superbly decorated and homely duplex apartment available to rent in Ixelles, right next to the European Quarter. The duplex comprises an ample living room, a bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchen. Upstairs is a cosy loft space with double bed. The slanted ceilings have windows that let in lots of light as well as offering lovely views. The landlord also lives in the same building.

The location is unbeatable—right next to the European institutions and Brussels-Luxembourg station.

What we liked the most

  • We love the apartment's decor. It feels both cosy and stylish.
  • The duplex layout gives a greater sense of space.
  • There are some lovely views.
  • You will be living right next to the European Quarter, perfect if you are going to be working or interning at one of the EU institutions.
