This modern 1-bedroom apartment covers 55m2 and has a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The apartment is modern and fashionably furnished. The bedroom is spacious and equipped with a double bed, heating unit, and bedside tables.

Ixelles is located to the South of the city centre and is considered one of the most diverse and exciting areas of the city. There are 2 large shopping centres close by, as well as the famous Ponds of Ixelles, plenty of restaurants, and an excellent outdoor market.

What we liked the most

  • There are large windows in the living area that flood the apartment with light.
  • The living room is spacious and stylishly furnished with a sofa, coffee table and small television.
  • Double glazed windows throughout the house keep out the noise from the street below.
  • The centre of the happening Ixelles areas is within easy walking distance.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a half refrigerator in the kitchen.
  • The washing machine and dryer are located in a common laundry room.
