This 58 m², 1-bedroom apartment for rent is on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment complex near the European Parliament. The apartment's balcony is attached to the bedroom, so it makes for a perfect place to have your morning coffee or tea. There is a walk-thru kitchen that leads you to the cozy living room with a large window. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is an additional toilet room – perfect for guests!

The apartment is located in a very safe and secure area of Brussels, near the EU district. The apartment is within walking distance of 2 metro stops, which allows for easy transportation around the city. The Brussels EU area is also quite close to the city center.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is very spacious for a 1-bedroom apartment and also receives plenty of sunlight.
  • The living room is is fully furnished with a comfortable couch, arm chair, dining table, coffee table, and TV.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, washing machine, and plenty of storage space.
  • The washing machine can also be used as a dryer.
  • There is a full en-suite bathroom and an additional toilet room.
  • The apartment is located between 2 metro stops, so it is very well-connected to the rest of the city.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building does not have an elevator, but the private balcony and elegant decor will make the extra exercise worth it.
