A sophisticated 60 m², 1-bedroom apartment with a terrace is available to rent in Etterbeek in Brussels. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a contemporary feel and is also fully functional, equipped with all the necessary facilities and with plenty of natural light as well.

Etterbeek is a popular area among expats as it is home to most of the European institutions. It is close to the city-centre and is a bustling and vibrant place to live. It also has two large parks - Parc du Cinquentenaire and Parc Leopold - for those craving some peace and quiet.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace has fantastic 5th floor views and is the perfect place for breakfast on a sunny day.
  • There are 2 enormous sofas in the living-room, ideal for socialising or simply relaxing after work.
  • The kitchen and living-room are open-plan which helps the apartment to feel more spacious.
  • A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
  • This location is fantastic for those who enjoy art, theatre and dance - it is home to l’Espace Senghor, Théâtre St-Michel, Théâtre Yvan Baudouin-Lesly Bunton and l’Espace Entrée Libre.

Things to keep in mind
