The duplex is located on Avenue Charles Thielemans, in the quiet and residential neighbourhood of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. Only 20 minutes from the city centre, this neighbourhood is a popular choice with beautiful houses, lots of greenery, and plenty of services. Within just a 5-minute walk you have tram services, the Parc des Sources, and 3 grocery stores.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is on the top floor with big windows which fill it with natural light and provide a pleasant view of the neighborhood.
  • The living room is furnished with elegant seating and has an impressive entertainment center with a flat-screen TV.
  • Bedroom 1 is located on its own floor so that you will have extra privacy.
  • The area is well connected to other parts of the city, with multiple bus lines and a tram stop just 5 minutes away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator - this is great for those who want a daily workout!
  • The kitchen does not have an oven, but it comes with an electric stove and a microwave.

Payments & steps before check-in:

    • By bank transfer: The deposit must be paid & received by the landlord at least 24 hours before check-In!
  • Check-in/out Fee: €75 each (€150 each on holidays/Sundays).

Check-in/Check-out
