Located on the top floor, the multiple skylight windows keep it constantly filled with natural light. There is a lofted bedroom area above the cozy living room and a fully equipped and spacious kitchen.

The apartment is on Avenue du Front, right next to the Thierry metro stop in the larger Etterbeek district. You are a few minutes' walk to a commercial avenue, where you can find grocery stores, banks, and shops.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is the definition of cozy, with skylight windows, central heat, and carpet flooring.
  • The living room is the perfect place to relax or entertain with a formal dining table and a large sofa-bed.
  • Although lofted, the bedroom area is quite spacious and has a queen-sized bed.
  • The kitchen is huge with a fold-out table and dishwasher.
  • The apartment is seconds from the closest metro stop.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine and dryer are located in a common laundry room.
  • There is no longer a TV in the bedroom.
  • There is no elevator in the building.
