A handicap accessible, 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent in Brussels's Thieffry neighbourhood. This property is so modern and spacious, that you could call it a luxury apartment. There is an enormous living room which is filled with natural light, and provides access to the very sizeable and grassy garden - you even have a lawnmower! The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a little breakfast bar that separates it from the living room.

This apartment is in the Thieffry part of Etterbeek, on a street called Avenue du Front. The neighbourhood is home to plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants, and Cinquantenaire Park is about 18 minutes away. If you walk a little further, you'll get to the European Quarter. Thieffry metro station is less than a minute away - this is the perfect place to live if you want easy access to the rest of the city.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen has a dishwasher - very convenient.
  • Couples are permitted.
  • The apartment is stylish and spacious - it has lovely original features.
  • The property is handicap accessible.
  • The windows have double glazing to keep the noise out, and the heat in.
  • There is a very large, grassy garden with a lawnmower!
  • Thieffry metro station is across the road - you couldn't live closer!
