The 35 m² property is very elegant, with contemporary stylings, high ceilings, and huge windows which let loads of light in. The smart kitchen corner has a combi-oven, an electric hob and a washing machine. There's also a shiny bathroom and a cosy double bedroom.
You are in a perfect location if you need to be near the European institutions—the Berlaymont building is just around the corner. What's more, transport links are excellent.
