Hello, la maison est situé en centre ville dans une belle petite commune avec une population multiculturelle et très proche du centre historique. La maison est centenaire et restaurée à maintes reprises. L'appartement duplex à été complètement rénové et mise à neuf. Le plancher est en bois d'origine, l'appartement est très cosy et très chaleureux. A proximité, il y a pleins de commerces et tout les moyens de transports sont à proximité de la place. Il y a le métro, les trams et les bus.

Spotahome's opinion

As soon as you enter this apartment, and walk up the beautiful wooden staircase to the living area, you can feel the quality of the place. This is a really beautiful apartment, nestled in the attic space of a building in Saint-Josse. There are unvarnished wooden floors throughout, and exposed beams, setting off the beautiful finish to the walls. The whole apartment is elegantly furnished, and has a wonderfully calm and cosy feel.

The apartment is located in a calm, attractive area of the city which is mostly residential. Amenities, including a Carrefour grocery store and several bars and restaurants can be found nearby along Chaussée de Haecht and Rue Royale. There are metro and tram connections a short walk away which can bring you quickly to the EU district or to the city centre.

What we liked the most

  • The views from the windows in the bedroom are great. You can see the whole city!
  • The open-plan living room is stunning. It's bright, cosy, elegant and sophisticated. We love it.
  • We love the unvarnished wooden floors, they make the place feel very homey.
  • Postgraduates at Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles will only have to walk 10-minutes to their classes.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have a conventional built-in oven, but does have a countertop electric oven.
  • The property doesn't have a washing machine but you can find a laundromat 30 meters from the property front door
