This luminous 1-bedroom apartment in Brussel’s City Centre is 60 m² and offers a balcony, luminous living room, furnished kitchen and a bathroom. This apartment also comes with a study room and it is centrally heated, perfect for winter.
Brussel’s City Centre provides residents with everything they need, from shops, cafés and restaurants to universities and markets. There are multiple parks nearby and there is easy access to surrounding areas of the city.
What we liked the most
- The living room gets excellent natural light.
- There is a dining table for 4 and extra seating, great for entertaining.
- There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen.
- The balcony provides a nice view to the street.
- The beautiful Parc de Bruxelles is close by.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 2nd floor in the city centre, so there may be some noise from the street. However, this should be minimal from within the apartment.
