please read in full. ... A sunny top-floor duplex penthouse with a large south-faced terrace giving you an unblocked view of the Brussels' sky line. The smaller bathroom, kitchen and bed room are downstairs while the living room (with a pull-out king-size bed for those who want to wake up with a view to the terrace) and the larger bathroom are upstairs. The place is next to the up and coming Gare Maritime on the 'Tour&Taxi' site, i.e., a twenty minute' walk to the center of Brussels' center. Given the seven% spotahome fee (on the total rent for the entire duration, so one month a year), I only start with three/four month trial-leases (which can then be prolonged), so only make requests for three months and mention if you are interested in longer stays.
