There is a spacious and clean living room which has a sofa bed for guests. The fully equipped kitchen is long and has plenty of worktop surfaces and storage space. The large terrace can be accessed through the kitchen.

This apartment is situated on Rue isodore Verheyden in Ixelles. The local area is tranquil, and it has a friendly neighbourhood vibe. Ixelles is upmarket and lively, and you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes in the area, especially towards the nearby Avenue Louise.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is spacious as it is spread across 2 floors.
  • The interior of the property feels bright, modern and clean.
  • The long kitchen has plenty of worktop surfaces for preparing meals.
  • The comfortable terrace is the perfect sun spot, and it looks over the rooftops below.
  • Ixelles is a lively neighbourhood where you will find plenty of places to drink, dine, shop and socialise.
  • Grand Place is a 25-minute walk away.
  • During the 2021 renovation, a dishwasher and a microwave were added

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 2 does not have a wardrobe.
  • The washing machine and dryer are not in the property but a common laundry room.
  • The flat has been renovated in early 2021, that's why the video doesn't match the photos which were updated.
