A luminous, 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent near the European Commission in Brussels. The apartment is stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and white walls throughout, which emphasise the natural light that comes through the large windows. The main living space includes an open kitchen, dining room and living room, all in one spacious room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a dining table that can fit 6 people, perfect for hosting guests. The living room has a very large and modern couch that can also fit a lot of people, with a big window that opens up to a street corner balcony that looks out onto a beautiful little cafe and classic street lights, it's just like being in a film. The bedroom is minimalist, with a double bed and a wardrobe, nothing too flashy.
The property is located on Rue Louis Hap in the European Quarter. The property is 7 minutes away from the beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire, which is great when you want to take a short break from city life. The apartment is also well connected with the rest of Brussels, as the Acacias tram station is only a 5-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The modern furnishings throughout the property makes this a place you will really want to show off.
- The large dining table is perfect for hosting guests and socialising.
- The street view is beautiful, it's just like something out of a film.
- There is a weekly cleaning of the communal areas included the in rent, meaning your space will always be spotless.
- There is also a dishwasher, making life easier and cleaner.
- This property is couple friendly.
Things to keep in mind
- There was no TV present at the photo session but a flat-screen is due to be installed soon.
- There is Wi-Fi installed the in the apartment but it is not yet activated, which will be down to the tenant to do.
