This charming 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Ixelles, Brussels. This apartment is 75 m² and has everything you need to feel right at home. There's a nice garden in the back complete with table and chairs, and smoking is permitted in this area. The bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage and window which gives the room lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the living room is cozy and also includes a dining area to enjoy your meals or entertain guests

This apartment is located minutes away from central Brussels. The surrounding neighborhood is diverse and multicultural. Le Pain Quotidien bakery is just a 5-minute walk from your front door - perfect for picking up your breakfast! Apple enthusiasts will also be pleased to find the Apple store just a 6-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The small private garden is perfect for evening relaxing.
  • You're just minutes from central Brussels.
  • The large windows make the apartment feel bright and open.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is an additional monthly charge for utilities, which does not included internet or TV.
  • The flat is currently being renovated; the kitchen, bathroom, floors and some of the furniture are being improved. Works will be over by the start of March 2021 and the flat main characteristics won't be changed. We will soon send a Homechecker back to update the pictures.
