What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Looking to rent out beginning of January (Check-in between January fifth and nineteenth) till beginning of June (Check-out between May thirty-first and June fifth). - One bedroom duplex (two floors) at four minute walk from subway station Madou. - Southwest-oriented (sun on the terrace in the afternoon and evening). - Backside of the building (away from the street) and top floor: very quiet. - Fully furnished (I'm the owner for eight years already and live here myself, but travel half of the year and rent it out when I do.) - Note: third floor, no elevator. - The plants will stay (so I hope the person renting can water them). Note that the one-month deposit needs to be paid one week before the beginning date of the rental lease in order for the booking not to get canceled.
