Grand appartement avec une chambre à couché (possible d’avoir deux chambres). L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, calm, très cocoon, au troisième étage (sans ascenseur), quartier avec tous les facilités! Parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent loger dans un endroit calme, proche des facilités et sont des personnes propres, calme et respectueux. Il n'est pas possible de se domicilier dans cet adresse (enregistrement de nom dans la communale). L'appartement est confortable et on s'y sens bien. Vous aurez une grande chambre à coucher, un bureau, bon wifi illimité, une cuisine équipé avec table à manger, toilette et salle de bain et wc séparée. Possible d’avoir une autre petite chambre à couché (actuellement je la laisse fermé mais possible de négocier votre contrat). Il y a un petit balcon coté cuisine et la cuisine est super équipée avec: - lave-vaisselle - un grand frigo avec congélateur - four - coin repas avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine Il y a également les produits de nettoyage. Les tax et l' assurance sont inclus. Ce qui n'est pas inclus ce sont : - les sacs de poubelle de la ville de Bruxelles (obligatoire) - papiers toilette - shampooing, gel douche - thé , café, huile et autres aliments. - il n’y a pas de femme de ménage Domiciliation : non
