This compact 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a city centre building is sleek and modern. Large windows in the living area and bedroom let in plenty of light. There's also plenty of storage space, from the large wardrobe in the bedroom to the shelving in the corridor. In the living area you'll find a plush sofa, flat screen TV and open plan kitchen and dining room adjoining. This is perfect for entertaining guests with fine dining in the evenings!
The apartment is located on a quiet street, near the Radisson Blue Royal Hotel Brussels. Exit the apartment and turn right down the street to find various stores and studios, including a yoga and pilates studio, plus a bookstore. There are 2 pharmacies nearby and a supermarket only a 3-minute walk away on Rue de l'Ecuyer. If you fancy eating out instead, you're spoilt for choice! Try L'Intermezzo for a delicious Italian meal nearby.
