This is a fantastic 2-bedroom apartment. As you enter, you walk into the open-concept living room and kitchen. In this space, you will enjoy relaxing on the large and comfortable leather sofa and watching your favourite shows on the wall-mounted flat screen television. The kitchen has a modern bar with three bar stools where you can enjoy your meals or entertain guest. The skylight windows brighten this room with natural sunlight. The first bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor with the kitchen and dining area, and the second bedroom is located on the second floor, which can be accessed from the beautiful wooden staircase in the living room.
This apartment is conveniently located. You will find plenty of amenities within walking distance. For example, you can walk to the nearest supermarket in just 1 minute. You will also find a variety of restaurants nearby. In just 7 minutes, you can walk to the large and beautiful Square Marie-Louise. There is even a Basic Fit fitness centre that you can reach in just a 4-minute walk.
