This is a gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment, and a wonderful place to call home. When you enter the living room, you will find that it is very spacious and comfortable. Everything is brand new in this apartment. The wooden floors, leather couch and arm chair, wall hangings and wooden dining table give this room a sophisticated and elegant style. This area is very well-lit due to natural sunlight that comes in through the 2 large french doors, opening up to a long terrace which overlooks the street below.

This apartment is conveniently located. You will find plenty of amenities within walking distance. For example, you can walk to the nearest supermarket in just 1 minute. You will also find a variety of restaurants nearby. In just 7 minutes, you can walk to the large and beautiful Square Marie-Louise. There is even a Basic Fit fitness centre that you can reach in just a 4 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The French doors in the living room are a beautiful and elegant feature, and provide warm and cheery natural light in this space.
  • The decor of this apartment is beautiful and new. You will love to call this your new home.
  • The terrace is a great space where you can step outside and enjoy a bit of fresh air with a view of the surrounding neighbourhood.
