This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Rue General Gratry, in Schaerbeek comes fully furnished to accommodate a single person or a couple. The 45 m² property has an open plan kitchen and living area with a sofa and dining table, and a bedroom with a double bed and TV.

The apartment is located in a culturally diverse area, close to beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire and about 25 minutes away from Brussels City Centre. There is a supermarket just around the corner, and you will find shops, public transport, and other amenities within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The living area has a large window that lets in natural light.
  • There is good storage space throughout.
  • The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine is in a common laundry room.
  • The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
  • Some of the furnishings you can see in the photos are not included, such as the bench-top oven and one of the desks in the bedroom.
  • The shower is located behind a partial wall, but there is no door to separate it from the living area. The toilet room is separate, and comes with a door.
