Hello, I am renting out my recently renovated, bright, typical Brussels one-bedroom apartment. It is located on the top floor, in a quiet area with great neighbors (who are also quiet), while still being in the center of a lively neighborhood (Altitude Cent, Vanderkindere, Cavell).
The apartment is rented furnished with care and has a fully equipped kitchen.
Ideally located (Rue Vanderkindere, UCCLE), you can do everything on foot:
- Transportation: Five minutes' walk from Place Léon Vanderkindere (trams and pre-metro).
- Lots of nice restaurants nearby (Mangiavino, l'Altitude, la Stazione), gyms (Animo ten minutes' walk away and Basic Fit two minutes' walk away) and all the shops you need (Barn, BioV, Intermarché, Delhaize, Aldi, Lidl).
- Close to parks and green spaces (Duden Park seven minutes' walk, Forest Park, Wolvendael Park, and Bois de la Cambre).
