This stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Rue de Trèves in Ixelles. The upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds, while the combined but spacious kitchen and living area has a sofa bed. The bathroom is also spacious, and has a sink, toilet and shower as well as a large mirror.
Leopold Park is only a 10-minute walk away, while the larger Parc du Cinquantenaire is only a 20-minute walk away. Luxembourg Square is just down the road, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well.
What we liked the most
- The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook as well as a dishwasher so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a balcony which can be accessed through the kitchen area.
- There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the apartment, which also has a modern, neutral decor.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no elevator leading up to this apartment.
