This stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Chaussée de Wavre in Ixelles. This apartment has a generous 70 m² footprint which includes a double bed, and a large living area as well as a kitchen with an oven, microwave and a table and chairs.

There is a supermarket just around the corner, and there are plenty of other shops within a 15-minute walk. There are also a few restaurants and bars nearby. Leopold Park is a 15-minute walk away, and is a great space to explore on your days off.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • There is a separate toilet by the kitchen, and an ensuite bathroom which can be accessed through the bedroom.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
  • There is a washing machine and dryer so you can take care of the laundry no matter what you are doing.
