There's a laundry room in the apartment and in the garage is a bike storage. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift). DISTANCES TWELVE min walk to Gare du Midi (International Train Station) FIVE min walk to Parc de Forest / Parc Duden THREE min walk to trams and buses. FIFTEEN min walk to Parvis Saint-Gilles It’s a nice apartment building with respectful neighbours. It’s an emerging area with some good new restaurants, coffee bars and green parks.
