1-bedroom apartment for rent in Squares

We are renting a fully furnished studio at a stone throw from Square Ambriorix and in the immediate vicinity of the Schuman Square and the heart of the EU institutions. Very well connected to public transport options (including Schuman metro and train station) and good train and bus connection to Brussels International Airport. Shops, cafes and restaurants are all within a short walking distance. The studio was renovated last year and is fully furnished, including dishes, bedding, linen and anything else that is needed for a comfortable stay in the heart of Brussels. There's a laundry service in the basement, that is provided by the building maintenance and tokens need to be bought. There is a bike parking space in the garage, and it is also possible to rent a parking space from the building management. We cannot guarantee that a space will be available, though. For stays longer than six months, the tenant will need to take their own electricity and internet contract. For shorter stays, an arrangement can be made for us to ensure this. Water is included in common charges that need to be paid in addition to the rent. Pets are accepted without extra charge, but any damage caused by them (or their owners for that matter :)) will be taken against the deposit.
