Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor hood, kettle and toaster, plus a dining area for four. Modern bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Nothing to buy, nothing to set up.
Costs
One fixed monthly amount covers heating, water, high-speed Wi-Fi and building common charges. Only electricity is billed separately. No agency fees.
Location
Excellent public transport links to the city centre, the EU Quarter and the main business districts. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are a short walk away.
Availability
Available from mid-September, with a minimum stay of three months. A long-term contract is possible.
