This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is located on César Depaepestraat in popular Saint Gilles. Technically, this is a 2-bedroom apartment, but the landlord uses one of the rooms as storage, therefore it is out of bounds. The 60 m² apartment has a modern kitchen, comfortable and spacious living area, a functional bathroom and a cosy double bedroom.

Saint Gilles is popular with everyone and for a good reason. You'll find the Parvis Saint-Gilles Markets and a selection of restaurants and shops in the metropolitian area just south of this apartment, in to the north, the Porte del Hal Metro station and the nearby park of the same name.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is bright and spacious.
  • The living room is very large and comfortable, with a big dining table for hosting guests.
  • The Porte de Hal Metro station is a 2-minute walk away.
  • Parc de la Porte de Hal park is just next door - it's practically like having a back garden.
  • Gare du Midi train station can be reached in 5 minutes.

  • The apartment does not have parking, so you will need to arrange this if you require it.
