This spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the European Quarter, covers an area of 70 m² and opens out onto a gorgeous private garden. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dining table, and there is also a charming living area with a sofa, a piano and a fireplace. The 19th century property has beautifully modeled high ceilings and a complete bathroom (bath and shower).

The apartment is located a short public transport ride from the city centre, and right by the lovely Park Square Marie-Louise. Bruxelles-Schuman station is 5 minutes away, and you will also find shops and restaurants within walking distance. Also, it is in the heart of the European quarters, very close to the European Parliament, Council and Commission buildings!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has high ceilings and is beautifully decorated throughout.
  • The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
  • The kitchen and bathroom have beautifully tiled floors.
  • There is central heating to keep you comfortable during the cold winter months.
  • The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
  • The European Parliament is a 13-minute walk away.
  • There is a TV with 350 channels in the bedroom!
  • David the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
