Moyens de communications faciles trams et bus, très proches et à cinq cent mètres de la Gare de trains d'Etterbeek . En plus des charges : assurance avec abandon de recours c'est à dire que le locataire ne doit pas s'assurer pour une prime d'assurance de trente cinq Euros par mois.
