Modern studio in a small residence near Sq. Ambiorix. 5-7 minutes walk to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission. Comfortable double bed Private bathroom and furnished equipped kitchenette.
This residential area is appreciated for its safety, the large parks nearby and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking in this area is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. The street is quiet (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix.

The property has a sunny living room, where you'll find a cozy couch, a nice table, and lots of storage space for all your things in the standalone wardrobe. Upstairs is the bedroom, which is well-furnished with a large double bed and a desk. The kitchenette has all the basics, including a 2-burner stove, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. In the bathroom, you'll find a huge shower and some shelving space for your toiletries.
You'll be living in the European Quarter, the epicenter of EU institutions in Brussels. You'll have it all around here-- restaurants, cafes, bars, monuments, parks, and shops are on every corner in the European Quarter. And, with a Metro station nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Brussel
