This apartment is just so lovely and charming. With plenty of natural light, this apartment is clean, bright, and spacious. It has a cute little balcony, and features beautiful open spaces, a comfortable double bed, and modern and tasteful furnishings. With access to a huge garden, and parking, this property ticks tonnes of boxes.

Ottenburg is quiet, residential, and open. It's a great area for people who like to walk and be close to nature. While not super close to the apartment (in that you would need to grab a ride there) there is a nice selection of restaurants. And if you like to play golf, this area is another plus for you.

What we liked the most

  • We love that this apartment has access to a huge garden. It's open, spacious, and filled with lots of natural light. Beautiful.
  • The apartment is new, so all of the installations are also brand new and super clean.
  • We also adored just how lovingly this apartment has been decorated. It's not just brand new, it's beautifully presented and super tasteful.
  • On the outskirts of Wavre, you'll find a theme park, Adventure Parc. So when things get a little too quiet for you, you'll have something to get your heart pumping.
