You'll have plenty of room to spread out in the open plan living area, with effortlessly cool furnishings and decor that's definitely not mainstream.

We think it's ideal for a couple who are over the central city hype. There's even a Train station nearby, cos the Metro is too typical. Hipster chic.

  • We love the spacious living area – talk about space to move.
  • The Uccle-Calevoet Train station is 2-minutes away.
  • The unbelievably cool bookshelf. Reading is good.

But you need to know this...

  • This apartment is on the 2nd floor and you'll be taking the stairs. Elevators are overrated, anyway.

This is a cool 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Rue Egide Van Ophem, Brussels. It's got open plan living and urban style on lock. And a bookshelf. Cultured.

The apartment is perfect for a bohemian couple looking for a less mainstream area to settle. Grab coffee on the way to the train. A refined commute.

What we liked the most

  • Classy parties with your jealous friends in the living area –cos you're their cool friend.
  • Rolling out of bed less than 5 minutes before your Train is due – sleep is the new fad.
  • Instagramming your bookshelf – give the people what they want.
  • Unlimited fast wifi

Things to keep in mind

  • There's no dryer –but you can buy a coffee with the money you save on power.
