superb designer ground floor/ duplex apartment in a Brussels mansion The duplex apartment has a terrace and a pretty garden, both facing south-west. The flat, located on the ground and 1st floors, is very bright and very quiet despite being in an urban area.

GROUND FLOOR: Living room +-60m2 with large 6m50/3m50 double-glazed bay window overlooking terrace and garden, superbly equipped kitchen, 90cm hob and oven, built-in deep fryer and grill, 3-function microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso toaster etc., plenty of storage space. The kitchen has a bay window overlooking the garden and a door to the terrace. Toilet and cloakroom.

1st FLOOR: 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room overlooking gardens, 2-door wardrobe + 2 chest of drawers with 3 drawers. Superb sunsets
