This is a nice ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Coppensstraat, Brussels. It has a cosy living room, lots of sunlight during the day, and it's close to Petit Sablon square.

We think this apartment is perfect for a couple of hipsters. Sablon is central, chic, and it's where all the cool kids hang. Smoker? You can puff away by open windows.
