Very cosy and bright apartment with a private terrace and a quite big garden south facing, away from intruding eyes.
Ideal for a young couple or a single person, this apartment was completely renovated and modernized recently, with bamboo flooring, double glazed windows with ventilation, new kitchen in black granite, new shower room, new boiler; hyper-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and washing machine.
Easy parking. No pets allowed.
