You will love the layout. The kitchen is open plan and maps on to the living area which is so convenient. So, this place isn't just great for hosting and socialising, but the layout also makes it feel better.
We think that you will easily be able to make this home your own. There is plenty of storage space throughout the property and the design is simple and classic. All that is missing now is you!

This is a 4th floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Rue De Pascale, Brussels. This place is comprised of a bedroom, a bathroom, open-plan kitchen and living room area. It houses everything you need and is a bright, spacious home in the city.
It is perfect for young professionals, as there are plenty of offices nearby - Beyrleymond is just 7 minutes away, and there are several European Parliament buildings around the corner. There's also great transport links to get to central Brussels directly from the property. Easy peasy!
What we liked the most
- Hosting friends and guests in the large, bright living space.
- Roaming around the lovely neighbouring streets.
- Keeping a nice and tidy flat thanks to the heaps of storage space available.
Things to keep in mind
- This property is located on the 4th floor of the building with no elevator, so you won't be needing a gym membership.
- There is no washing machine in the property.
- The bathroom has no window.
