What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Hi there! If you read this, you could be my next tenant, and enjoy my loft like myself and many other expats before you! The building used to be a historical textile atelier, which explains the original wooden floors, high ceilings, light coming in from both street and interior side, and the industrial flair. My loft is based in the upcoming trendy Quays district, with art galeries and various theaters around the corner, and close to great cafés and restaurants. I'd be happy to recommend my favourite places! It is also very practical, close to metro, trams & train station, and walkable with all the stores you need close by. Enjoy!
