You're going to freak out when you see the balcony. In a good way. Take in those 13th-floor views. Pretty spectacular. We reckon you could see some great sunrises or sunsets from this spot.

We think this neighbourhood would suit those looking for somewhere affordable not far from the centre. Hop on the metro and you'll be in the centre in less than 10 minutes. Hard to beat a commute like that.

It is perfect for those looking for an easy commute. You're an 2-minute walk from the metro station, and a short ride from central Brussels. That means extra time for lie-ins or doing a quick work out with the gym equipment.
