This flat in the very heart of Brussels, a few minutes away from the UNESCO Grand place and Sainte Catherine/Dansaert area.
A few min away from subway Brouckère/Sainte Catherine and subway Bourse as well as premetro and busses. Restaurants, bars and culture temples are a few blocks away. Safe and residential area.
The apartment is fully furnished and decorated.
All charges and accomodation included as well as forthnightly cleaning (grouped bill of two hundred and fifty euro a month for all utilities in total).
