Apartment of 75m2 located in Etterbeek in the Thieffry district, on the Place du Roi Vainqueur, close to Thieffry metro station on Line 5 and Hansen Soulie metro station on Line 7. Close to many shops, 10 minutes from the Avenue de la Chasse, very well connected.
Within walking distance from Merode and the beautiful Cinquantenaire Park.
The apartment is soberly decorated, it includes a large living room, a large bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a lot of storage space.
The living room is spacious, very luminous and offers an unobstructed view on a magnificent green space. There is a pleasant little balcony where you can get some fresh air or a ray of sunshine.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ceramic hob, electric oven, hood, microwave oven, large fridge, all kitchen utensils, pots and pans, all dishes.
Central heating, high speed internet and television. Hi-fi system.
Shower, washing machine.
