The property is located in a huge charming Brussels town house from 1910 which was adapted with style to a modern living, a tastefully furnished studio apartment of 65 square meters is located in Place Albert area. The apartment is on the top floor (second floor) of the landlord's house, and its open space consists of a living area with a sofa and satellite TV, equipped kitchenette with dining area, an office area with a chair and desk. The kitchen is equipped with hot plates, oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, plates, saucepans, etc. Bathroom is with a toilet. Your bedroom with wardrobes is on mezzanine under original beams. Bed linen and towels are provided. Shared laundry room is in the basement.
Place Albert area is a trendy location. Shops, supermarkets, organic food market every Thursday, bars, restaurants, and two hilly wooded parks for jogging are just round the corner. Good public transport (metro Albert), several buses, as well as ‘Villo’ city bike rental, and ‘Cambio’ carsharing are a few meters away from the house. In case you own a car and you stay a minimum of 1 year, the residents can obtain a parking permit for 15 Euro a year.
