Located in the heart of Brussels on the 4th floor with no facing building, this 60m2 apartment is the ideal accommodation for one or two people. The living room is bright and furnished in a modern two-tone black & white style. It includes a 3-seater sofa (convertible to receive friends), a ball chair and a 4K 55-inch television. It opens onto a 10m2 terrace with a view on a park and the Brussels Skyline. The equipped kitchen has all the necessary: crockery, pots and pans, towels, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, dining area. The bedroom area has a large French window that brings a lot of light into the room. It has a bed 160x200, two closets and a desk corner. It is adjacent to the shower room with WC. Bedding and towels are provided. In addition to a vestiaire, the entrance hall has a large closet with a washing machine and an iron. A reserved indoor parking space, located in the basement of the building, is also included. A closed bicycle room is available at the entrance of the building.
