In a magnificent mansion: bright duplex penthouse of 135 m2, open view without vis-à-vis, very quiet with interior terrace. Furnished and very well equipped.
Ground floor: Large living room (space to seat ten people), dining room, fully equipped kitchen, guest bedroom and shower room, cloakroom at the entrance, toilet and laundry room with washing machine, dryer , iron, etc.
Upstairs: large bedroom with view of the courthouse, built-in dressing room, bathroom with toilet.
Terrace of 12 m2 facing south, with 2 deckchairs and table/chairs & bbq.
