This bright, 100m2 apartment offers a comfortable and convenient base: you'll be located 20 minutes by foot from the European Parlament and within the walking distance from the city center. As an added bonus, all bills come included in the rent to avoid any surprise fees at the end of the month.
What we liked the most
- As the bedroom is interior, you will be protected from unwanted street noise.
- This 1 bedroom apartment is located centrally, close to the Madou metro station and the European Parliament. For those working for the EU, having this flat as a base would be extremely convenient as you will be within walking distance from your office as well as the lively parts of the city.
- All utilities come included in the rental price.
- The flat is well-distributed with the living room serving as the focal point.
- The living room features high ceilings and a large mirror that adds depth to the space. We love this room, as it has views of the surrounding area yet provides a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere once you close the windows.
- The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed. You will also have two large wardrobes to store all your belongings.
- The bathroom features a large bathtub as well as a shower and has quaint views of the interior patio.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a common laundry room where you'll find the washing machine and dryer.
- The bathroom is only accessible via the bedroom.
