This 90 sqm flat has a living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, one bathroom and an ensuite toilet. It is located right next to Parvis de Saint-Gilles, where you can find bars, a tram station, and a lively market held from Wednesday to Sunday.
What we liked the most
- The living area is a functional and comfortable place to relax, featuring a seating area with a coffee table.
- There are also two desks with chairs, where tenants can study or set up their laptops.
- The kitchen is spacious and luminous, and features a dining table for four and plenty of bench space for food preparation.
- There is a small balcony overlooking the charming streets of St Giles neighbourhood.
- Bedroom 1 is very bright and is furnished with twin beds and a large wardrobe.
- The apartment has a washing machine, allowing tenants to do their laundry in the comfort of their own home.
- The apartment has one fully equipped shared bathroom, and bedroom 1 has an ensuite toilet.
Things to keep in mind
