This stylish home is equipped with central heating and air-conditioning, allowing tenants to enjoy a pleasant living environment throughout the year. It also has two balconies, one which is accessed via the living area and one adjoining the bedroom. The apartment has a floor area of 75 sqm and is close to the bus, tram and metro. Gare Du Nord station is only 10 minutes away and there are a range of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Brussels City Center is 2km from the apartment, allowing you to walk to Grand Place in just over 20 minutes. This spacious home is ideal for couples, providing more than enough space for two people to live comfortably.
