Flat fully furnished located nearby the EU institutions (Madou/Art-Loi metro stations are both less than ten mins walk). Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils to cook, plates, etc. Everything you need is included: A washing machine, a dryer, smart TV, iron, ironing board, bed linen, etc. A water softener has also been recently installed. Perfect for a person living alone or a couple. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed for occasional guests. A cleaning cost of two hundred euros will be charged at the end of the renting period.
