This contemporary 3-bedroom apartment of 100 m² is spread over 2 floors, and has rooms to rent. The downstairs area is an open space, comprised of the living, dining and fully equipped kitchen. There is a closet big enough to store a bicycle on this floor. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are separated by a common area that can be used as a 2nd living room.

This apartment is located on Rue du Trone, in the diverse Ixelles area of Brussels and is well-connected to the city centre by bus. The apartment building is adjacent to the Parc du Viaduc which is perfect for a relaxing stroll or a picnic with friends.

What we liked the most

  • The dining table can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
  • This apartment is spacious as it is spread over 2 floors.
  • The shower and toilet are in two separate rooms which is very convenient in a shared flat!
  • The city centre is easily accessible by bus.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 is downstairs.
  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located upstairs.
  • Bills: Provisions for charges if 2 people per room: + 200€
