Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is spacious and stylishly furnished. The room is equipped with everything you need, from a large wardrobe and desk, to a private bathroom and even a sofa.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is spacious and bright, with modern appliances and a large dining table.
  • There is a lovely private courtyard and a seperate terrace furnished with a table and chairs.
  • Marolles is a perfect area for people that want to live in the heart of the city.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is 1 bathroom shared between bedrooms 2 and 4. Bedrooms 1 and 3 have their own bathroom. Room 4 had his own lavabo. One extra shower is available in the basement in case of need.
  • The room that you see on the video is room number 3, the other rooms were already rented when our Homechecker visited the property. You can still enjoy the video tour of the common spaces!
