Rooms are to rent in a 100 m², 4-bedroom house in the Ixelles area of Brussels. The house is large and light with plenty of windows as well as lots of storage, including a walk-in closet shared between 2 of the bedrooms, while the kitchen is well-equipped with both an oven and dishwasher.

Ixelles is a multicultural area full of expats enjoying all that the neighbourhood has to offer. From the fashionable Châtelain, with its buzzing cafe culture, to Matongé, the African quarter, it is a diverse district with something for every mood and taste, while Avenue Louise, the main street, has all the shops and amenities you might need.

Room description

Bedroom 3 has an elevated double bed, desk, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and a view of the street.

What we liked the most

  • A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
  • There is a dining table in the kitchen so you will not have to eat your meals in your bedroom.
  • There is a spacious living-room with 2 sofas and a TV, the perfect place to unwind in the evenings.
  • With 3 bathrooms between the 4 tenants, you will never be kept waiting in the mornings.
  • This is a fantastic location for those looking for a mix of cultures and atmospheres - it has something for everybody.

Things to keep in mind

  • The terrace is only accessible via one of the bedrooms but this is added motivation to make friends with your flatmates.
